By downloading, installing, or using AG Remote Pro ("the App", "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AG Remote Pro is a remote control application for AI-powered code editors (IDEs). It allows users to control their desktop IDE from a mobile device via Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) over a secure connection.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AG Remote Pro on your personal devices. This license is for personal and professional use.

You may install the App on multiple devices you own
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

4. Pricing & Payments

Price: $6.99 USD — one-time payment, lifetime access
No subscription: No recurring charges
Payment methods: Cryptocurrency (SOL/USDT via ATLOS), Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe), Google Play In-App Purchase
All future updates are included at no additional cost

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AG Remote Pro:

Google Play: Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy (48-hour window)
Direct purchase (Crypto/Stripe): Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@imind.pw for a full refund if the App does not work as described
Refunds are not available after 7 days or if the license key has been activated on multiple devices

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems other than your own
Share your license key with others
Use automated tools to circumvent licensing

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AG Remote Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all IDE versions or operating systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AG Remote Pro or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

Desktop: Windows 10+ or macOS 12+ with an Electron-based IDE
Mobile: Android 8.0+ or any modern browser (iOS Safari, Chrome)
Network: Local Wi-Fi or Internet connection (for Cloudflare Tunnel)
